Following extensive conversion and renovation work, Hafen 12, an attractive location with a spectacular view of the Rhine, is now open for your projects, offering spacious facilities where industrial ambience meets state-of-the-art infrastructure.

From product presentations and art exhibitions to pop-up stores and private events: the pillarless hall can accommodate all manner of projects.

Larger fittings and objects (such as vehicles) can easily be delivered to and set up in the venue. In addition, the adjoining rooms offer plenty of space for receptions or backstage and post-production areas. The venue is of course fitted with basic lighting (including ambience lights), suspension points, and power outlets.

In addition to the hall, Hafen 12 has nine additional rooms (between 10 and 80 square metres each) on two floors as well as an inner courtyard with a view of the Rhine, all of which can be used in a variety of ways.

The spacious foyer leads to the areas on the ground floor that impress with an attractive mix of brick walls and glass surfaces – around 200 square metres in total, distributed throughout four rooms. The hall and inner courtyard can be accessed from the ground floor, which lends flexibility and means the areas are suitable for joint use.

The first floor covers 250 square metres and is accessible from the ground floor via stairs as well as from the outside.

As you enter the first floor, a large window offers a view of the spacious hall.

This floor has a kitchen and sanitary facilities as well as eight rooms, some of which look onto the Rhine.
